What we offer
In Person Coaching:
Best suited for the individual who wants real time feedback on form and has the time and ability to come into the gym on a regular basis.
How it works: Meet for initial assessment and discussion of history and goals. Communication and feedback from your sport team (eg, coach, physios…with your permission of course!) is integrated with information gathered at the assessment to create your program.
Meet in person to go over your program and modify if needed. You may choose to then execute the program on your own, or if schedules allow, come into the gym on a weekly basis to execute the program together.
Programs are progressed as you do, and are periodized to your season.
Online Coaching via Teambuildr.
Best suited for the individual who wants an individualized program but cannot meet in person. Must be self motivated to do the program without an appointment and have access to a gym or space with some equipment.
How it works: Virtual assessment of movement and posture over a video call. If running video can be collected, it is useful for the assessment process. Communication and feedback from your sport team (eg, coach, physios…with your permission of course!) is integrated with information gathered at the assessment to create your program. Program is delivered through an app called Teambuildr. Teambuildr has videos and descriptions of the exercises to follow.
You then video yourself performing each exercise, or at the least exercises you want feedback on. These videos will be uploaded into a personal google album where feedback will be provided.
Programs are progressed as you do, and are periodized to your season.
